GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 

Our Policy regarding refunds will depend on the nature of the Cancellation or the reasons that are stated in the request for such refund.

 

Cancellations:

No refund will be made after 7 days before the booked date.

 

In case of Cancellation in a superior period of time will refund 50% of the cost of the reservation due to the expenses generated by the blocking dates.

 

Returns

Refunds (where applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a certain amount of days.

 

 

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Exchanges (where applicable) In case you do not have the Reserved Accommodation due to the realization of another Reservation through one of the Platforms in which we announce, it will be organized to perform an "Upgrade" of the Reserved Accommodation Category. 

For example: You have made a reservation in a Basic room, and they are all occupied, we will look for you a Premium room for your convenience. These exchanges will depend on the Offers by Seasons, taking into account the possibility of Overbooking in high seasons.
